Huracán Katrina./ Hurricane Katrina.

En el año 2005 uno de los huracanes mas devastadores y mortíferos que el ser humano recuerde, toco la costa este de los Estados Unidos. La destrucción fue tan grande, que se aplico régimen de guerra (emergencia del más alto nivel) en más de un estado. Una de las zonas más afectadas fue New Orleans donde se estima que el 80% de su superficie quedo debajo del agua. Se calcula que la pérdida total ronda los 115.000 millones de dólares en daños, cobro más de 1800 vidas, y el efecto psicológico/ emocional después de tanta destrucción y dolor tardará años es res establecer la confianza de los habitantes que vivieron estos hechos. 

One of the most lethal hurricane ever seen by human kind touched ground in the year of 2005 in America. It was so destructive, that a war regime ruled, with the highest possible alert, in more than one state. New Orleans was one the most affected regions, where it was estimated that 80% of the surface was below the seawater level.  It was also estimated that the total cost for destruction reach around 115.000 million dollars, with a count of more than 1800 life. Not to mention the emotional and psychological damage that caused on their citizens which, it will take years for them to get back to normal.
