Estadio Azteca./ The Azteca stadium.

Una maravillosa obra de ingeniería (construida en 1966) que se traduce en un imponente escenario que sirve principalmente de local al Club de futbol América y a la selección Mexicana futbol. Ojalá que los Caraqueños tengamos algún día un estadio que represente nuestra gran afición al beisbol.



A wonderful engineering piece of work (built back in 1966). Impressive scenery for the club America and the Mexican football teams to play. Hopefully someday we shall have a similar stadium in Caracas to watch baseball games.

Tiempo y Espacio./ Time and space.

Palabras que han sido estudiadas de los grandes filósofos de la antigua Grecia hasta los mejores físicos y matemáticos de nuestro mundo moderno. Será posible en realidad entender todos los factores que correlacionan a estas dos variables y poder llevarlas a un ámbito  un poco más tangible de tal forma que cada persona pueda en cierta medida cambiar su presente/ futuro de una forma casi predecible? Sin duda alguna cada individuo tiene en cierta forma el poder de encaminar su destino basado en sus propias vivencias, pero la pregunta anterior lo que plantea es la posibilidad de poder saber a ciencia cierta, en un universo digamos reducido, teniendo un control sobre la mayoría de las variables, entender los sucesos que están por venir. Desde un punto de vista pragmático y digamos hasta con una visión bastante negativa se podría decir que no es posible mantener tantas variables controladas con el fin de estudiar los efectos que tiene el tiempo y el espacio sobre un ente determinado. Si partimos del hecho de que todo se relaciona de una forma u otra y si se lograse aislar un número de factores, el resto quedaría en estudio bajo la condición de que hay un número de agentes que pertenecen a ese conjunto que están separados en otro entorno, lo que de entrada supone que de igual forma que se estudia a este grupo habría que estudiar al otro y tratar de establecer conclusiones. Al menos que se pueda priorizar la importancia de todos  y se pueda establecer sin ningún tipo de ambigüedad cuál grupo es el más relevante y permitir el intercambio para entender de qué forma altera a ambos.

Could it be possible even to think that will be able to understand all factors that link these two variables and bring these concepts to more practical explanations?. Explanations so practical that each person will be able to change their present and/ or destiny. There is no doubt that nowadays each individual has some power of doing these based on their own experiences. However, what is intended with the question before is the possibility of understanding each of the factors in order to predict what our truly future is. From my perspective, this could be only possible if we keep a “very small and confined universe” where all variables are controlled in such a way that you already know the effect in all variables before you alter any parameter. Rather difficult though when extending this to a larger scale. Similarly, assuming all parameters are connected, it is expected that when we take one of these outside the control group it will have an effect in both, the remaining group and on its own. But the key question here is which of the two is more important when expanding our experiment: the isolated parameter or the isolated group?. If we manage to establish the certain explanation of this concern we shall have found a step forward then.

Eclipse Lunar./ Moon eclipse.

Hoy habrá un eclipse lunar visible en Africa, Europa y América. El eclipse tendrá una duración de 33 minutos y 34 segundos aproximadamente. Los próximos eclipses según predicciones de la NASA serán el 18 de Octubre 2013 (Lunar) y el 3 de Noviembre 2013 (Solar).
