La meditación./ The use and abuse of meditation.
Cada vez es más común ver como ejercicios de meditación, respiración, yoga, etc. se hacen más populares entre las personas que conocemos. Estos se realizan con la finalidad de liberar estrés, mejorar su calidad de vida, lograr un equilibrio emocional y hasta en ocasiones mejorar la salud mental de las personas. Meditar implica caer en un estado de relajación tal que los factores externos afectan muy poco al individuo por su capacidad de canalizar estos estímulos. Este tipo de ejercicios, cuando practicados rutinariamente y con disciplina puede llevar al practicante a mantener su personalidad enfocada en los puntos que realmente le conciernen con la finalidad de ser exitosas en sus tareas del día a día y a aprender a manejar cualquier estímulo externo que ponga en peligro su tranquilidad emocional.
