Tocata y fuga./ Juan Sebastian Bach, toccata and fugue.

Típico de cualquier ministerio Venezolano, toco, agarro, y se fugo con eso reales. Como una obra de arte,  las finanzas son maquilladas para no dejar saber cuál es el verdadero estado de las arcas públicas. Claro, todo esto según las voces de otros, porque yo en realidad no tengo prueba de ello. Sin embargo, basta comparar la cantidad de dinero que le entra a cada partida y los resultados obtenidos por el ente al cual se les asigna. Por ejemplo, el dinero de las carreteras es dirigido hacia la oficina de transporte y comunicaciones, pero las carreteras se encuentran en mal estado. El dinero de la salud es de sanidad pero los hospitales funcionan a media máquina. Energía y minas tiene toda la plata de nuestro suelo pero las plantas de acero, aluminio, etc. tienen dificultad para mantenerse al 100%. Les pido disculpas señoras y señores, yo lo que quería era rendirle un homenaje a la memoria de Juan Sebastián Bach, compositor Alemán, pero la idea se me fue por otro camino.

In the same way than JSB, a master piece but this time in corruption can be written in any Venezuelan ministry. Finances are manipulated not to let know general public the real states of the treasure. All this said, I have to mention that this information is what journalist and politicians bring up to the table every day as part of their work but I have no prove of this whatsoever . However, does not need to take a genius to understand that the amount of money given to each ministry does not match the final results at the end of the year.  For instance, money given to build new roads and motorways does not represent the current state of roads all over the country. Similarly, the money for health and hospitals seems to be too much if compared with the actual functioning of current health institutions. Finally, mining and energy public departments are given the money extracted from the nation subsoil, oil fields, and mineral mines, but the metallurgical and the oil industries are working to half of their capacity.  Ladies and gentleman, I do apology if I misused the name of this extraordinary German composer, JSB, with the intention of explaining a Venezuelan master piece in corruption.
