Siempre se le recuerda por su famosa frase, tenemos que “sembrar el petróleo”. Sin embargo los años siguen pasando y estas palabras parecieran que cobran menos fuerza, y no  porque la mayoría no haya entendido el significado de ellas, sino porque no se ve a simple vista una solución rápida de la mayoría de los problemas que tenemos los venezolanos.  Para realmente sembrar el petróleo tenemos primero que tener las mismas prioridades, las mismas necesidades, y los mismos objetivos, de otra forma cada cosecha resultará en la última siembra de cada uno de esos rubro.

Always remembered for his world famous phrase: “Seed the oil”. However, time goes on and these words seem to be losing their initial strength. And not because these were not clear enough but because it does not seem to be a straight and easy answer to solve most of problems in Venezuela. To truly “seed our oil” we should have first to have the same priorities, the same needs, and the same targets. Otherwise, each harvest shall be the last every single time.
